Emily Elrod, MHS

Emily is an expert at understanding how people think and perform across all aspects of life—at home, work, and play. Starting her career in machinery design for the carpet industry, she soon discovered her true passion in human engineering. Like a master puzzle solver, Emily pieces together the complexities of human behavior to help people operate at their best, whether they are in a corporate environment, on a sports team, or navigating family life.

As a translator between people and their surroundings, Emily ensures everyone functions efficiently, working WISE (Well, Intelligent, Safe, Empowered). She and her team facilitate WISE strategies for organizations of all sizes and industries—including Fortune 500s, financial management, manufacturing, healthcare, nonprofits, and professional sports teams.

Recognized as a WELCOA Top 10 Wellness Practitioner, Emily’s company has also been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Power Partners. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children, Jadon-Lee and Brynlin, and making the most of life with them.
